My sons have taken over all the computers again so I am tapping tonights post on my phone.
I am reading Body by Science by Doug Mcguff and John Little.
A really, really interesting concept about high intensity training or HIT. I think this is the workout I am going to try first on my quest for fitness.
Too much to type about w my thumbs... So more to come on that in another time.
On another note my sleep app did not work out so well last night so we're going to give the sleep bott another try this evening and it doesn't work and I might look at another act because I'd like to measure my sleep a little bit before making any changes and be able to effectively measure the results in some way or another.
There are several others on the market that I can get a try if this one doesn't work tonight as a matter of fact I think I used one on my i phone a few years ago that worked pretty well anyway we'll see how this thing works tonight before we make a decision.
Farm actually dictating this with my Google app on my phone and hopefully I won't have too many spelling errors.
So the next thing I'd like to know is what you guys are using to get your life together do you have any recommendations for books?
